This is the worst customer service and Lenscrafter location I have ever visited. I took my wife to this location because of the limited frame availability in Augusta. After initially selecting a frame and then changing it, one of the ladies was unable to process the adjustment. It took them over 45 minutes process the frame change. Then came the 7-day pickup with a promise to call when ready. After 7 days, no call. We started calling to confirm readiness, and no one answered for 5 days. We finally took the risk to drive for 1 hour to check. When we got there, the same lady was sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Her flimsy excuse for not picking up or returning customer calls, they are busy on the floor. Not even an apology. She was rather defensive of their very nonchalant attitudes

Kyla treated me really well from the moment I walked in. The staff was professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend — definitely a five-star experience!

Kyla was absolutely amazing. Having someone who helps with determining rather the frames was fitting for me. It definitely helps because this is always the hardest thing for me. Kyla walked me through the whole process of buying and showing me all my options to help my budget. All of the other store employees on the morning of 11/11/25 was pleasure to be around, friendly, and helpful. Great place.

I have been going to this Lens Crafters for the last five years with minimal issue. I scheduled my appointment for 01.01.26 and saw Dr Wu, who is always amazing. In addition to my eyeglass prescription I inquired about multi-focal contacts to wear on occasion. She suggested a trial pair which they did not have in stock. After about ten days and no call, I call the office and was sent to voicemail stating the staff would get back to me within 48 hours. Since I am only minutes away, I stopped in and asked if my glasses and contacts were ready for pick up since I had not received a text or call. My glasses were there but my contacts were not. The staff advised that since they were multi focal they may take a little longer to arrive. I waited another week and went back in to ask about my cont

My visit to LensCrafters was such a positive experience thanks to how genuinely kind everyone was. Dr. Wu was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, and Kyla was just as sweet and welcoming, she was amazing and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Their friendliness truly stood out!
