My first time using this facility as I usually go to the Huntington one. I was actually was surprised when I walked in as the waiting room was packed. I must say I was more surprised when I got called within 10 minutes. Check in was quick. I went in for a mammogram and Rachel the tech was very pleasant. She made everything quick and comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant. Thumbs up to all.

Hassle free and efficient. Staff was professional, efficient and professionally friendly. The experience was great. I also witnessed one staff being very kind, helpful, patient and accommodating to a patient with a disability and that was admirable and note worthy.

It's a 0. They scheduled me for a wrong exam. I took a day off to come here and stood for an hour on the line. My appointment was at 9:30. I reached there at 8:50am. I was called at the front desk to sign in at 9:45am. It's over crowded and the front desk is not efficient enough to handle situations. Every single patient was fighting with them. The call center Rep, her name is E Davis who scheduled the appointment is a absolute disaster. The first Hispanic front desk personal was very kind to understand the situation and asked me if I can wait till 12 to try to accommodate, which I couldn't. But the other one who she transferred me to named Tony was very absent minded, was on her cell phone most of the time, which made me stand up at the front desk for more than half and hour. Great establishment. Friendly staff who give clear instructions and information. From the waiting room to the imaging suite, everywhere was neat and visibly clean. The temperature was perfect as well. I was extremely surprised at the customer service and appearance of the facility, but I am happy I chose this location and will definitely book future imaging appointments there.
