Poor lack of front don’t communication. 11a appointment to be there for 1030a I’m on time front desk doesn’t call anyone to let people know they are 2 hours behind. Finally taken in for my MRI 1215p pretty said and when you ask told sorry people were showing up late we thought we could catch up but this isn’t our normally tech that’s even more insulting. When you have a front desk lady sitting there doing nothing have her call patient before hand and notify them this way they don’t drive a half hour for an appointment and then have to reschedule other appointments. Or even when you walk in to check in say hi we’re running a behind a bit. Nothing from the front desk lady until you ask them what’s going on an hour after your appointment time. Came late in the evening. The receptionist was super friendly and thorough. The MRI guy was phenomenal, sociable, and very scientific. Really good experience

The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the MRI technician was equally kind. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and even allowed me to choose the genre of music to listen to.

Very professional and courteous.

Very pleasant staff and they technician is very courteous and knowledgeable.
