Everyone is amazing, and I would recommend anyone to come here. I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my 28 years, and this is by far my favorite. I promise you’ll have a great experience. I am literally still crying after dealing with the office staff for almost a month. I need heart surgery so it is imperative that I get dental stuff done as I will not be able to do anything for at least 6 months after heart surgery. After first appointment they wanted clearance from my cardiologist and they suggested I be the one to get it. I called my cardiologist office every day for a week with no success. I had an emergency procedure completed here and had a follow up after. The staff is polite enough. The office is clean and equipment looks modern and up-to-date. The first sign this place wasn't for *me* was when they asked me to remove my head covering for an x-ray without any regard for privacy. While I'm sure most people in this area get adequate and attentive service, I have experienced enough medical bias to know when I am being micro-aggressed and gas-lit about my experience. I completed the appointment because it was an urgent case and I was in a lot of pain, but I left feeling unheard and frankly, disrespected by the dentist. Been going here a few yrs. They upsell constantly. 1st it was $1,000 for an uncovered procedure. Then another $1,000 for a 2nd procedure. Then $300. I finally told them if they upsold again, I would exit. Then the tactic switched to, we need you to come every 3 mo. (Insurance only covers so many visits). Way too money focused.

Dr Pennington was the best dentist I've ever experienced in my 65 yrs!! Adriana was wonderful working out details for my continued dental plan including payments. Being on a very tight budget she was wonderful helping me so I can actually keep my smile and feel good about myself in this stage of life. I would highly recommend The Lemmon Valley Dental Group!!!
