My loved one was having medical issues, so I called to inquire of her status. I was told by staff they would call me back with an update on my loved ones status. They took my number to call me back and never did! This has been the case to many times to ignore any longer. This facility does not follow through with what they say they will do! How would you feel if you are ignored when concerned of your loved one?

lost clothing and other things along with a wheel chair i have mixed feelings on this . during the stay my dad was there 3 years management was not great and not helpful in many areas of his care he was in memory care. most of the aids were wonderful but as in all places some were not.

I really like this facility!!! The workers are so very friendly!!!! It's very clean!! The worrkers do not yell and curse the people in the facility!!!!

i have a aunt that stay there she really like the people. and love the facility

a terrible place to die. they wont even give you a wheel chair
