Leila Morris, MD, a SignatureMD Physician

At first I was happy to be a patient of Dr. Norris but then I realized the staff changes quite often and I have to explain the same thing over and over. The new male receptionist she has at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. When we were discussing how he scheduled me for the wrong day instead of resolving it he closed the window in my face. I’m not dealing with the rude behavior I’ll find another PCP. Even another patient told him she will switch PCP’s and his response was”I was not here the beginning of the year so I can’t help with that”

My wife and I have been with Dr. Morris...I can't remember how long! She has always been everything that we feel a doctor should be! Firstly, she is a superb professional. She was the doctor who first noticed "odd things" that led to the discovery that I had renal cell cancer in 2013. In my families opinion, she is the foundation of my battle and she caught it early enough that i am now considered in remission! Secondly and wonderfully...COMPASSION. Dr. Morris Cares! it has always been like this. Peppering her excellent and incisive care with a great sense of humor ( and willingness to tolerate my rather clownish approach to life ) she demonstrates true concern for her family of patients. The staff are kind, thoughtful, pleasant and efficient and always available to answer any questions. D

I visited the office for Lab follow-up, and although the wait time was a bit longer than usual since it was busy, the PA, Shanice Atwell, was incredible. This was my first time with her, and she was so kind and caring. She explained everything and ensured that I didn't have any questions. The same goes for the MA, Blandie. Very pleasant experience!

Very disappointed with this office. The office staff is overwhelmed and the wait times are ridiculous. I've never been seen by the MD because I don't pay the concierge price. I only stayed because of the NP, Natalia who was wonder. However during my last visit. I had more medspa stuff pushed on me than addressing my actual physical needs. Not to mention having to come in to have labs reviewed. Today I visited the office and I had my first rude encounter. I will be looking for a new provider.

We were looking for a primary care doctor for some time and are happy to be new patients of Dr. Leila Morris. It was very easy to make an appointment and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is run very efficiently and my wait time was minimal, if at all. Dr. Morris is very thorough and genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. She is also friendly, comfortable to talk to, and takes the time to listen and answer questions. The office is very clean and updated with the latest technology. My lab results were delivered upon availability through the easy to use patient portal. Natalia is also excellent!
