I was searching for an injury specific massage for a persistent soft tissue injury of my right knee. I stumbled across the 30-minute lymphatic massage for injury or post-surgery and booked. The massage was gentle and thorough on the damaged area. My session was later in the afternoon so I didn’t see a difference until the next morning when there was a visible reduction in swelling, less discomfort, and more mobility. I highly recommend this for general or sports injury recovery.

Paula made me feel very comfortable, the whole experience was amazing! I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for lymphatic draining- I had mine for a post surgical massage. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

My experience with Paula has been amazing! She's incredibly responsive and easy to schedule with - all through text. I started seeing Paula when I was early in pregnancy and she has definitely helped alleviate aches and pains throughout the whole pregnancy. She even purchased a special pillow so I could enjoy a massage laying on my stomach even 9 months pregnant! She's very attentive to my needs and checks in often during the massage to make sure I'm comfortable. The space is easy to get to and calming from the minute you walk in. I highly recommend Paula to anyone looking for a massage (pregnant or not!).
