If you love your family member, please think carefully before sending them here. My father was sent to this facility for rehabilitation after an extensive hospital stay. While there, he was prescribed Zyprexa every single morning and night. He was heavily sedated and could barely stay awake. Staff then blamed him for “not participating” in physical therapy — when in reality, he physically could not stay awake enough to engage. Physical therapy was eventually stopped, and hospice was recommended. My father is NOT dying. Hospice is for patients with a prognosis of six months or less to live. That does not apply to him. We requested that physical therapy reevaluate him because the nursing staff was not getting him out of bed. We were told we could not have a wheelchair to help get him up ours
