Legacy Medical Group-West Linn

I've never been to a clinic that makes you feel this cared for. Everyone here has been an incredible help and is very friendly. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all extremely warm and welcoming. Thank you, each and every one of you for making this place truly come alive. Update 4/1: After having a really bad experience with Multicare Rockwood recently, I reflect on how professional and caring Dr. Jessie Triue was. She helped me in so many ways.

Just moved to the area and scheduled an appoint with Dr. Suzanne Hughes for a general check up and was really impressed with her attention to detail, care and warm energy! She is awesome and listened to my concerns and got my labs submitted right away for blood work I wanted to get done. I would highly recommend booking a visit with her.

Took 3 months to get in which is typical, then rescheduled my appointment for later in the month about 3 weeks ahead of time which is inconvenient for the work I do since I travel. The day of my appointment asked if they could do a video appointment since the doctor was busy. This was for a hernia. I said no and they said they'd have to reschedule it. Absolutely terrible. I now have to go elsewhere.

I've been seeing Dr. Tremaine for over 10 years, and he is a great doctor! I think all the staff has been super friendly, and they've always been helpful. They also get back to me with my questions in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend trying them!

its ok but i have a list of medical complications and they never seem to have time for my needs and are always rushing. My phone calls are never returned and only half the staff is actually there to be helpful. Wish they cared more.
