Why give an appointment if the doctors will see you an hour later?! So annoying, an hour and 30 minutes just to be seen for 5 minutes. Next time don’t even bother making an appointment just go and walk in, it’s quicker. This isn’t the first time this always happens, full or not full- UPDATE, after the excruciating wait they didn’t even send me the right medication, even after I asked them multiple times and the nurse reassured me but nope, they sent a completely different medication so I went to that appointment for nothing. Now I have to go again to hopefully fix it. Such a headache.

Avoid Dr. Juan Velazquez. His lack of good judgment led to the death of my loved one! I am devastated to share that the lack of care of Dr. Juan Velasquez led to the ultimate death of my loved family member. During their last appointment, Dr. Velazquez prescribed inadequate medication and failed to prescribe critical medication to help with my loved ones shortness of breath-a symptom that was clearly documented, communicated, and progressively worsening. Two days after the appointment I urgently called the clinic to report that the shortness of breath was intensifying. Despite my repeated concern, I was told by the medical assistant that Dr. Velasquez refused to issue a prescription and insisted an appointment to be scheduled-even after I explained that the condition was rapidly deteriora

I want to thank the whole entire team of this magnificent clinic. Especially Nick who help me and my family with my father’s situation. He was very supportive and helpful. They have excellent customer service and make you feel you are taken care of, and listen to. Highly recommended!!
