Amazing service and very professional staff! All my emergency care needs were promptly addressed. Fast and efficient lab work, CT Scan, and medical care. My husband was seen as an urgent care patient on Saturday morning for 2nd degree burns on his legs. The staff was wonderful and so careful tending to his wounds. He left with plenty of bandages and great instructions. When we ran out of a prescription due to the pharmacy filling it in a smaller size, the team put together a care package for us to pick up and get us through the rest of the weekend. The entire team there is great and easy to communicate with as well as extremely professional. So lucky to have them so close by.

This place was amazing, from the moment I arrived until I left. When I arrived there was one person in the waiting room but They were quickly called back to see a doctor. I was there only a moment before they called me back… and the doctor, Kaitlin Gorman, NP, was waiting for me! I have never had a doctor waiting for me anywhere! The nursing staff and the doctor were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. The doctor prescribed the antibiotics and even gave me the first dose while I was there. If I ever need urgent care again, I know where I’ll be visiting Legacy again.

I took my husband in this morning because he’s been having an extreme headache that wouldn’t subside with anything we’ve tried. We actually went into the hospital ER yesterday as well and his symptoms were only slightly managed. The staff here are so great. Dr. Covington was the provider overnight and did such a great and thorough job listening to what was going on, what we’ve tried, my husband’s symptoms, our concerns. He was never dismissive and I could tell he actually really cared about my husband’s wellbeing. He gave some medication and my husband’s 9/10 headache that was immune to everything else is now cured. THE DOCTOR HERE ACTUALLY CALLED ME AFTER I FILLED OUT MY SURVEY THAT THEY SENT! I went to the clinic because my bp was extremely high 4 days ago and from the time I walked through the front doors the receptionist asked for my ID and insurance information. I gave it to him while trying to explain what I was there for. He cut me off and asked with my er copay was because it wasn't on the front on the copay for pcp, urgent care and all of that. He then told me since it was past 5pm I needed to pay $500.00. He also continued to ask me about my address on my ID and I told him it was current and he pulled up my old address and debated with me regarding that.
