If you are a women experiencing abnormal period pain this is NOT the place to go. Came in at around 6pm and was treated as if my cramps were the problem. I was told by doctors that they refuse to go round and round with me when I was telling them the insane range of symptoms I was feeling. They decided to give me more tylonel, zofran, and proceeded to leave me with just juice and crackers (after explaining that I have been vomitting all food that I have consumed for the last 4 days.) After vomitting again a nurse just handed me a bag and said they would bring a doctor. About 20 minutes later another nurse came in talking about discharging me even though I was just throwing up. I received excellent care. I cut my hand they cleaned it really good , preparing my hand for stitches. When Dr came in he looked at my cut and said I need to go to Plano Pres where a hand specialist is on call . He was concerned I cut a tendon . I was very impressed he knew I needed more care, instead of just stitching it up .

I am leaving this review because what my family experienced here goes far beyond a misunderstanding, it raises serious concerns about billing integrity that other families deserve to know about. My child was seen at this ER for a mild issue. He arrived fully stable, had normal vitals, and was discharged home in good condition. The clinical care was routine. The billing, however, was alarming. After obtaining every record (clinical notes, diagnostic report, physician documentation, timestamps, radiologist invoice), I found multiple discrepancies between what happened and what the facility billed: • Charged for Level 5 emergency visit, despite normal vitals, stable arrival, and incomplete medical-decision-making documentation • Billed for CPT 93975 (Complete Duplex Vascular Study), even t

Great service!!! The staff was professional, fast and everything was done in 1 hour. Had to get 10 stitches. Please be aware that there are hospital rates after hours.

We have used Legacy many times & been very pleased with the experience. I went Friday afternoon/1-30 & the PA I saw was awesome! Listened, asked questions & thoroughly explained her recommendations. In & out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Legacy Allen.
