I don't usually leave reviews but felt I should this time. I am so sorry some folks have had a bad experience. My experience was wonderful. Therapist was professional and kind. Was also attentive to my request to address some sore muscles. The atmosphere was quiet, music was soft , lights were low but not too low and surroundings appeared to be clean. I will def be going back.

I won't be back. I've had a great experience for the last three months, but the last few times I had a feeling I wasn't getting my full time. Today, I decided to time it. A 90-minute massage was ended 11 minutes and 34 seconds early. This was not counting her peeing (yes, I heard her going) in the in suite bathroom, and the three times she felt she needed to leave to say something to the people in the hallway. When I went to give her a $10 tip, she had the nerve to tell me I usually tip $20. I said that was when I didn't realize how much she was cutting my time and how many times she left during my massage. So she refuses my tip and goes to complain to another worker in Chinese loudly, never mind the other current massage customers. I told them I wouldn't be back and that I guess they can

My husband and I went and got massages for Mother’s Day. It was one of the only places in the area open on a Sunday. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. We both got the 60 minute full body massages. They had you pay at the beginning and didn’t give a receipt to tip on which was strange - especially if you don’t have cash to tip afterwards. So my husband called back later to tip over the phone. Unfortunately my massage was overall just not good. The room was cold and all they had to drape over me was a towel to begin with. The ambience could also be better. It was incredibly hard to communicate with my massage therapist - which was somewhat expected. Tina is excellent! However if you think you have an appointment forget it. They will take a walk in right before your appointment. The receptionist loves to watch tv and is loud. Not a relaxing environment.

The therapist was very thorough and polite. Got me in an hour after I called and it was only $60. Highly recommend!
