Lee + White Outpatient Center

I typically go to Emory clinic that is onsite at my work but decided to try the new outpatient center as it’s closer to my home. I had high hopes but unfortunately the experience was a huge miss. I don’t think I will return. I made an appt at 2:20 and arrived at 2:06. I had filled out all necessary information and checked in online. Upon my arrival, I had to answer the same exact questions AGAIN despite filling everything out in advance. They also called me 5x to confirm the appt even though I had already verbally confirmed over the phone with a receptionist the Friday prior (appt was on Monday). After this, I had to wait nearly an hour in the lobby area before even being seen. At around 3pm, they finally brought me into a room to take temperature and blood pressure. 5 mins later I’m bro

This is a relatively new satellite office for Grady Hospital. It's located off Lee Street in the West End. Honestly I never knew this plaza was in this neighborhood. Once you turn into the parking lot turn left and look to the right. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello and a pleasant smile. There were 3 staff members there waiting to assist customers. They also have security at the door. The attendant asked if i had an appointment. I advised I had two appointments that day. She checked me in for the first one and advised me she would check me in for the second one after the first visit was completed. She did just that. I started getting medical care here in February 2025 and now it is December. It has been a GREAT experience. My health had gone out of whack after I changed to a doctor's office that turned out to be a walk-in clinic. Without the supervised care that I was used to, my health quickly turned bad. I switched to the Grady Lee-White Clinic and Dr Jackson has been the most magnificent doctor, that I've had in a long time. Dr. Jackson quickly got me back on routine. My blood pressure is back normal, my blood sugar is back normal (I have to make sure it doesn't get too low but it remains normal so far.), and I've lost over 40 lbs. My knees don't hurt any more. I had one visit with Dr. Bernard and I realized he is a perfect person for me to talk to easy to relate to my experience with Dr. Bernard was more than 5 star for sure. Hope to see him soon again. Ray B.

The amount of money this place will bill you should be illegal. I was charged a "Hospital Visit" while just going in for a follow-up appointment. On top of that, the billing department is HIGHLY unorganized. Once they bill you for an outrageous amount, it will be next to impossible to sort it out with them. Go to an outpatient clinic not attached to a Hospital System. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
