Excellent customer service. Friendly and flexible staff. I've always been scared to go to the chiropractor but going to them has been my best experience and look forward to going back in the future.

I just wanted to leave a five star review for Dr Eric Castrodad, and staff; Giselle and Nur for having me checked in upon entering. They know exactly who I am, and I just wait to be taken back for treatment. For therapists, Tahnee, Erick, and Eliana, all of which have great hands, and apply the perfect amount of pressure. Dr Eric for getting me adjusted, and aligned, but not only is he good at getting those adjustments, he’s so personable, everyone wants to talk to him about everything. The treatment combination they offer, leave me feeling immediate relief! I’m just so grateful for their care.

The staff at this location provide exceptional service. Ive been going to one of their offices (lake mary & lee vista) for many years. Over 20 years ago in Jax i experienced a herniated disc and surgery was recommended. I opted to not go that route and wanted a more natural solution. Periodic chiropractor care has been a life saver for me. Whenever my back pain or hip pain flairs up - I go in for maintenance. Based on what is out of alignment, Dr. Eric and his more than capable and friendly staff has always been able to determine the correct treatment to apply and get me back on my way quickly. I stumble in but I always walk out up-right...lol
