LECOM at Snyder Memorial

Recp is the worse, very rude and unprofessional!! I had one simple question, instead of helping she said "We're not interested, thank you" and hung up on me. Sad representation of this facility!

The head chef, I believe his name is Dennis is absolutely amazing. I believe he truly cares about the residents and their well-being. I hear daily on the phone from my dad how much he genuinely cares about the well-being and quality of life of the residents and goes the extra mile just to ensure they are ok. The world as a whole needs more people like this.

When I called to see if this was a good fit for my loved one I was told no because she was “to high maintenance “ because she needs half bed rails and her electric chair to be able to tube feed her with her Mickey button and avoid skin breakdown. And she would need a standup lift since she could stand but not walk. She doesn’t take medication for anything and doesn’t have behaviors . She told me that this place only takes people with behaviors that need medication. It sounds more like a mental hospital than a nursing home so anyone looking for a good place this probably isn’t it.

A great team that works together to meet and exceed resident care. Our administrator Matt is always out visiting with residents and staff and bringing us treats and showing appreciation.
