Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Every time I go to see my wife. She pushes the call button and has to wait at least 12 minutes before anyone appears, then an additional 15 minutes before the help arrives. Understand my wife is all of 4'9" and the toilet in her room stands easy at 23" from floor to seat. Thus making her not able to touch the floor while on the toilet. Every time she pushes that button shouldn't there be a response quicker than 10 minutes?

Please please please don’t let anyone you love or know to go to this place. They have too many agency people rather than employees. Agency people who openly admitted they were there for the money. Good employees like Allie and Carli are excellent. The food sucks, the Rn supervisor are jokes and agency. I wish I could tell you how many times I was given the wrong medication. Again they were agency.

Veronica and Marcia are the most pleasant receptionists. Every time I come to visit my relative they greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Also the nurses, aides and housekeeping ladies are always happy. The therapists are exceptional! Overall, my experience has been wonderful!

My mother has been there for 3years the staff is amazing and they take great care of her thank you to all involved with my mother's care

This is the worst place I would not even put a dog here!! Treatment of patients is horrible!! It should be shut down!! I cannot believe they are still able to be open. Where are the state inspectors? I thought PA had strict guide lines in the care of residents. Since bankruptcy filings it has gotten worse. Grass not cut - not getting meals on time every one has quit. Not following procedures. I could go on and on. Please help these poor people!!!
