As someone who’s anxious about oral surgery, I was really nervous going in, but Dr. Fanti immediately put me at ease. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The whole process was quick, virtually painless (I barely felt the numbing shots), and the follow-up care was excellent—his team even called the next day to check on me. Dr. Fanti is fantastic. He has such a nice, relaxed, easy-going demeanor and is a very skilled oral surgeon. He removed 3 teeth, 2 easily, one was a bit stubborn. Minimal discomfort afterwards, nothing that 600 mg. of ibuprofen (only 1 time) couldn't take care of. Got an implant after that: again, really easy, it was over before I knew it and with minimal discomfort. No issues with scheduling and billing. Highly recommend Dr. Fanti.

Let me start off by saying Staff is Really Friendly and Helpful 🙏 Dr.Fanti is the BEST SURGEON on Long Island in Patchogue . I had to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed . I was lowkey nervous mentally about getting them removed ever since a teenager. My mind use to think getting them pulled out would hurt so much like crazy .The day before and the day off my 4 wisdom tooth removal Dr.Fanti Made me feel very comfortable about my wisdom teeth removal . I say he is the best because I felt no pain at all as I got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted with no pain at all . I only had local anesthesia so I was very wake and saw everything . Procedure only took literally like 15 minutes in and out . I am so thankful I got recommended to the best surgeon on the island . Thank you Dr.Fanti for your excellent work
