Leading Edge Medical Diagnostic

Absolutely horrible people! Do NOT go here!!! The stupid CT technician squeezed my arm, he didn’t even tell me or ask me if he could touch me!!! Sent me in a world of pain!!!! I asked for my records and they denied me!!! Can we say illegal!!! Absolutely! They need to be investigated by the department of professional discipline!!! I told my surgeon, who is in Westchester, that they denied me my record of the CT scan, he even said that they can’t do that. They are completely incompetent and uneducated!!! Not To mention nasty. Never again. Stay far away from these monsters

Staff is horrible, thinks patients issues are laughing matters. Refused to release medical images to the patients, don’t return phone calls or emails. I don’t understand how they are in business. Can’t tell the left from the right side of the body. Absolute joke for a medical facility.

Had a 9:30 appointment, no one showed up till 10am. Then the tech tells me she can’t access my referral and I’d have to wait for the receptionist to come in which wasn’t her fault so i was understanding and just advised I would call to reschedule, Call to ask if I can have another appointment that I wasn’t trying to be rude but the experience was unprofessional and I don’t want to waste more time waiting I want to be sure I’m going to be seen and in a timely manner the woman tells me well I understand but you are being rude. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Only positive the tech was extremely nice! Sucks she doesn’t have better staff because it’d probably be a great facility.

Horrible customer service I have been rescheduled 5 times. Then when I finally was able to go while my ride is on the way I get a call to ask if I have my referral. This should’ve been asked all the other days I was rescheduled because my doctor told me they faxed it but of course they do not have it so once again my appointment is canceled. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusted especially with the Saturday receptionist saying it is not her fault I do not have a referral. Need to train you front desk workers better to take accountability for their actions because every receptionist job I ever worked we made sure referrals were in days before the appointment

My experience with Leading Edge was honestly fabulous. I had just blown out my back on the court and I was really anxious. I'd never done an MRI before and it had to be super early in the morning because of my psych exam. I was really stressed out and kept shifting around in the MRI, but the staff was really sweet and patient with me. They talked me through the process, helped me breathe through it, and I was able to be out of there within no time. My diagnostics were concise and comprehensible, I'd cracked ribs and damaged some muscle tissue - but thanks to the seamless process, I was able to make a full-recovery back on the court. I'd say, if you're looking for a radiology center that can give you both accurate medical assessments and compassionate care - Leading Edge is the place to be!
