Great experience! My Dogue de Bordeaux needed to have CCL surgery and I went to several different places for consultations. LeadER was clean and all of the staff was friendly and patient. They were always available to answer my questions. I had a nurse that I could call or text who provided me with updates for the duration of the surgery as well as for the evening and following day while he was under observation. The aftercare instructions were clear and the nurse stayed available for several weeks for me to text questions or photo updates of the incisions as they healed during recovery. Back in October, my then 11-month-old Italian Greyhound broke his leg after jumping off a high surface which was terrifying. From the moment we walked in, the staff was calm, compassionate, and professional. The veterinarian clearly explained the initial workup to us & the sad diagnostic findings. She then explained all possible treatment modalities. The veterinarian was so kind to even agree to speak with our primary veterinarian, who added reassurance of the diagnosis. As lifelong animal advocates with extensive experience in veterinary care, we expected a basic standard of medical attention, compassion, and accountability. Unfortunately, what followed was a deeply traumatic experience that no pet owner should have to go through. While under the clinic’s care, Lola sustained a serious leg injury—a condition later confirmed by our primary vet not to be arthritis, but instead the result of her leg being pulled.
