VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 1. She showed up late 2. Very rude about incomplete paperwork 3. Basically tells me I have someone after you so it’s gonna come out of your time 4. No remorse when I explain this won’t work out 5. Glad to still charge me for a full session after just 10 minutes. If I am going to you for help and advice I expect you to at least show up on time. I felt all she was looking for was a payment and I wasn’t comfortable with that.
I saw Doctor Rhoden several times at this location prior to it closing. She was very professional and a no BS counselor. She was very helpful. Highly recommend her.
Great service. Very understanding and is willing to listen.
