IF YOU ARE A BLACK INDIVIDUAL DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE!!!!! My son had an appointment on 10/30 and he missed his appointment because I don't have transportation right now. His appointment prior he was being handled very aggressively by the eeg nurse pinning him down on the bed. I should've filed a lawsuit then, but now y'all have crossed all my lines.I get no follow up call OR RESPONSE FROM MY MESSAGE. TODAY I GET CPS SENT TO MY HOME BECAUSE OF a missed appointment on FRIDAY????? Are y'all okay in the head???? ANDDDDDD How dare you ask me why I took my child off those meds. BECAUSE HE DIDNT NEED IT!! It was literally making him sleep all day and that just tells me you are angry that you can't get anything from his insurance anymore. You don't know what me and my chil

They are accepting applications ! I’ve never been here and not heard the nurses yelling at patient’s parents about the long wait time.( on 3 separate occasions already today) When I asked if a Xray was necessary for an abrasion on my son’s hand nurse Christie U. told me “There’s only two doctors here and it’s Sunday, if you don’t want to wait then you could just take your son home and hope for the best.” That wasn’t even the concern but i could tell by the way I asked the nurse behind her, that she was in a mood and ready. She came to work today and clocked in, im here because my child is hurt which is already stressful. A bit of decorum would be appreciated.

The doctors are ok, however, the staff are highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is the worst Hospital ever. They will call CPS on you for missing a appointment that you didn't schedule or didn't know about. I actually feel sorry for parents that work 5 days a week because LeBonheur Children Hospital Endocrinology Clinic only give u a option to schedule your appointments on a Tuesday or Thursday😭 .... It's crazy how all of their appointments are always taken soooo🤨they basically make me schedule my son appointment a few months from the day I actually called to schedule it. They never take anything under consideration 🙄 I am a single mother with no help from family members. They actually deserve 0 Stars, seriously!😫

Every time u go hopstial is alway 5 hr and more why that howbthey fraud the Medicare insurance to clock u guy in the hour so they can sent the bill to the insurers to get money when the record of being there for those hour
