Lawrenceville Laurel Health Center - Dental Services

I'm not sure about all these other poor reviews but I love them. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room. From the receptionist to the dentist, his assistant, and hygienist have all been so sweet and understanding for my particular situation with my jaw. I've been bragging them up to everyone. I'm 57 years old and I can saw they are absolutely the nicest and best dental experience I've ever had in my entire life. Thank you to everyone there. 💕🖐️

Waited over 7 months for a simple cavity to be filled only for them to try to reschedule me 3 days prior to my appointment. Needless to say I don't recommend this understaffed facility. They canceled my appointment due to a " staff meeting".

Garbage pathetic excuse for a dental practice. We have been cancelled on by them twice now, the most recent they called at 2:40pm to cancel our appointment at 3pm, when we were already almost there. The other time they also cancelled same day as the appointment. We have now lost three days worth of work, since we have to take off for these appointments. Not only this, they literally make you come in separately for every single filling you need. We've been trying to get this over with for a few cavities for many many months now. The receptionist is not understanding even in the slightest and acts like this should not be an inconvenience to us. Honestly, I'd rather let all my teeth rot out of my head before coming here again.

My 7 year old daughter was a patient here and we had really great experiences with the previous dentist. There is a new dentist that doesn't allow parents in the room with their children for procedures. We waited 40 minutes to find out they will make no exceptions. If you have kids that are scared this isn't the place for you! It also would have been nice to know about the new rule before driving all the way there and sitting forever!

So I rescheduled my daughters appt a few mos ago, days in advance..and had to reschedule one last wk..got a letter in the mail that we are Dismissed..Seriously?? Left a message the 2nd time and they dont call u back..The only reason she has to go back is because the dentist screwed up something and she has to get it redone. Tioga dental office is a joke, we will gladly find a new one.. If I could I would give half a star..
