I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dental office was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. There was no warmth, no greeting, and no effort to make me feel like a valued patient. Instead, the atmosphere was cold, tense, and oddly hostile. The front desk staff appeared annoyed by my presence and spoke in a passive-aggressive tone, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by being there. What made the experience even more disturbing was the repeated questioning about where I’m from. I was asked this multiple times, in different ways, by different staff members. Not once was there any explanation for why this information was relevant to my dental appointment. It didn’t feel like curiosit

My husband had an awful experience here and when the dentist left, they said they could not complete his treatment plan. I never heard of anything like this. I would not recommend this place — even if services were free!

Great first visit today . The x-ray tech Paul did a great job as well as the hygienist Jessica. The dentist ( sorry I didn’t catch his name ) answered all my questions and concerns and the front office staff was efficient in scheduling my next appointments.

Just left from an awful experience. The lady with the two piercings in her face and her hair covered is the most meanest, nastiest, unprofessional person ever. Long story short we got into an argument about her having an attitude with me. I started recording to show it to her office manager turns out she was a manager. Yea maybe I shouldn’t have record her but she was being crazy and delusional. She has no idea how to be polite or customer service oriented. She supposedly called the cops on me to scared me I believe. Yup won’t be going back. I feel bad about doing this review because another manager reached out to me apologizing when it wasn’t her fault. She was sweet and nice. This review is only towards that unhappy lady. They changed management sometime in late 2021/early 2022 and now are a different business than before. However, I wouldn't recommend coming here. When I tried to make my first appt, I was told they would check my insurance and get back to me about whether they accept it. They are listed on Dental Dental's website, so this was weird, but I understand. Unfortunately, they never followed up with me. They also told me I would receive a text to fill out some paperwork before my appt to save time, and I never did. When I arrived for my appointment to get my teeth cleaned, I was taken for a gamut of tests that ran $655 (!!).
