Lawndale Christian Health Center - Immediate Care Clinic

I had to see the doctor urgently, but ended up waiting for about 20 minutes to be seen. I even waited for a nurse to give me the medicine I needed, but eventually decided to leave due to the long wait. I understand that the staff are busy and see many patients, but I felt a bit frustrated by the long wait and the treatment I received. I think the management at this location could improve to provide better care for patients. Patients should be the top priority, and all staff should be aware of the impact that long wait times can have on us. It's important for us to feel well taken care of when we come in feeling sick, and waiting for a long time only adds to our stress. I hope that this feedback can help improve the overall experience for patients in the future.

I was turned away because they stopped accepting patients 70mins before closing.
