Called to discuss holistic procedures and cost as well as switching from my current dentist to Dr. Lavu. The receptionist was only willing to give cost information on a consult and panoramic radiographs. When I asked for additional information about cost for a filling and crown (recommended by current dentist), she stated that they didn't give pricing over the phone and that the information would be given at the consult. She refused to give me any sort of guess, so that I can make an educated decision about my dental care regularly talked over me. When imploring her that I need some an idea of cost, she became impatient. Absolutely every single thing about this office is perfect. Excellent communication. Top notch dental care. They ACTUALLY care about their patients. Ms Nina is the absolute best. She is such a light! Dr Lavu is incredible, she offers you legitimate solutions that actually help! My family has been going here since 2022 and their service to us has never wavered. I can say enough good things about Dr Lavu and her staff. First, they are specially trained in safely removing amalgams without exposing you to more mercury. Second, they are always friendly and proficient. Dr Lavu really knows her stuff. Her training is extensive. Also, you can tell that she and her staff really care about their patients. You arent just a patient. You are more. To put it simply, you couldn't have a better team with whom you could trust your oral care.
