Lavender & Sage Healing Space

My session today with Dina was very grounding left me feeling more able to move and feel comfortable in my body. Dina creates a safe space to rest, be present, and relax. She helped alleviate a LOT of tension that I didn’t even realize I was holding! She uses a great blend of techniques to address different tensions and pains - plus offers sound therapy at the end which is really neat! I always look forward to my massages from Dina and highly recommend her as a massage therapist

Dina is an amazing massage therapist! Her space is so peaceful. I came in with neck & shoulder pain that was preventing sleep, but after my massage I felt a million times better and slept like a rock! I also got to experience sound healing that was absolutely amazing! Thank you again!

Once you enter the space you are overcome with the feeling of tranquility. The space is so inviting and relaxing. The massage I received was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. Her magical healing hands leave you feeling all your tension and issues melt away. Dina takes the time to really explain what you’re feeling with your problem areas and how she can help you with them. She also does a great job at formulating a strategy for your healing moving forward. Beyond just a mind blowing massage experience she truly caters to what your needs and your comfort level is. I won’t stray away from Dina after having the pleasure of her healing touch. If you’re on the fence, just go for it, I promise you won’t regret it.

Dina, by far has given me some of the best massage's I have ever received. Her studio is beautiful, calming and safe. She is genuine in her approach, welcoming, and warm. Dina is curious, and addresses each pain that your body is holding, and is able to find all the right spots to assist in releasing this pain. My experience with her has improved each time, and each time, I feel like I am in an alternative reality when left to get back on my feet. I feel refreshed, transformed, and feeling like I can't wait to book my next appointment. She is genuine, intuitive, welcoming, warm, and detailed in her work as a body healer. Highly Recommend. Hands down the best massage I’ve received. She asked all the right questions to tailor the massage to my specific needs in a welcoming and serene atmosphere. The location was easy to get to, and the parking was extremely convenient making this an all around great experience. Dina truly showed me relaxation of the body is also relaxation of the mind.
