He had no memory of the last 10 years of his life could not walk . He had a severe concussion and damage to his dominant shoulder and he was never seen by the doctor until 3 o’clock in the morning when I announced, I had to go home Then she raced into his room and said I’m taking him home with me, which I said I was not as he can’t walk. I can’t get him into my car into my house. I’m not equipped fro take care of him and. I’ll be back in the morning and we’ll deal with it then and she tried to get him to stand up with basically no clothes and a pair of yellow socks, and a cane even though he had no use of his Dominant hand My son was absolutely petrified an

She was very condescending. She treated as if I was a hypochondriac. She didn't believe me when I told her of the symptoms and abnormal heart rate that I'd had all day. I had a few copies of EKGs that I had taken on my Kardia mobile device and she had no interest in looking at them. She refused to consult my cardiologist because she said "they won't come to the ER". She read my ER EKG as normal but the next day a cardiologist read it as having some abnormalities. When she was discharging me from the ER she was very nasty, mumbled something under breath, turned her back to me and walked away as I was asking her a question.

Lauren should be ashamed to call herself a Dr. I was in the ER for 5 hours before anyone would see me. It wasn't until the shift change that a Dr prescribed me some Torodol for my severe pain. She said she wasn't seeing anymore patients. That was a 2am. Her shift ended at 7am. I was left in agony for 5 hours because of her unprofessionalism and laziness.
