Was a patient for years received a letter stating the practice would not be seeing me any further due to the relationship being strained? No reason why not even a conversation to correct it. That being said Dr Cook is a great doc great bedside manners. wish there could have been a different outcome on this misunderstanding.

Dr cook is a terrible woman and Dr they will kick you out of the practice if you dare to question the care your receiving stay far away from here!
