She is Wonderful! Both my Husband and I love her! She had caught a life threatening issue with my Husbands Heart and she was able to convince him to get it taken care! She was able to get him in to see someone quickly. We are forever grateful! She is a distance from us now (Was previously in Murrell) but we travel to her now. She is a Blessing!

I'm assigning one star (should be -20) because Lauren Bratsch gave my older son the wrong antibiotic for his severe foot injury(his Dermatologist got it right though) and a misdiagnosis for my younger son. Most recently, she gave my younger son a sick appointment to tell us during the VISIT that she was dismissing us from her practice because I asked whether or not it was " best practices" to have my sick son wait amongst many elderly people in the Health First Lab and Radiology area to be swabbed for strep and a viral Panel VS in her actual office. In addition, her staff are very rude. Do not take your loved ones to be evaluated by Lauren Bratsch.

I’ve gone through a few PCPs before finding her and I don’t ever want to change. She’s helped me in so many ways and always listens to my concerns. It took a long time to get my mental health right and she took the time to help me find a psychiatrist which turned my life around. She always makes me feel so good about myself too. Always willing to help me with documents and forms I need, and providing me with the best healthcare. Highly recommend.

This was suppose to be an annual check-up, as well as my daughter get refills on her prescription. The check-up was done, but additionally my daughter was harassed again my Lauren Bratsch to get the Tetanus vaccine mixed with Whooping cough vaccine. We told her the last appointment my daughter doesn't want it. She keeps pushing it on my daughter. Also, she said she couldn't see my daughter anymore if she didn't get 3-vials of blood work done to check for liver damage. Lauren Bratsch said that the 25 MG of a not heavy sleep medication she is taking for sleep/ anxiety could cause kidney or liver failure and she won't see her anymore if she doesn't get it done. We are not against blood work, but she is extremely afraid of needles, she already deals with anxiety, she is extremely healthy. No

She has been consistently great. She fully listens to all my concerns and questions and not only answers them but explains why. She has been a wonderful doctor to me so far and I'm glad I found her.
