Absolutely terrible front desk reps! They all look like they hate their life so it must be a terrible place to work too. I was sent over 20 miles away to Red Bluff just to be turned away there as well! This whole group is horrible. I am appalled at the lack of basic human interaction skills much less caring or empathy for a medical need.
