Be prepared to give a urine sample. The urine test is for seeing if you take other controlled substances. This place has under its roof nearly all pain treatments. And more than likely you will be asked to get radiology tests so the Dr can see what's going on that's causing your pain. Arrive earlier than your appointment to fill out extensive paperwork. You will need your ID and medical insurance info.

Doctor said that they are a primarily steroid injection based clinic. 90% of there patients get injections. They rejected me because i did not want to do injections. Might be a potential lawsuit. Forcing patients to do injections that are potentially unsafe or hazardous to the body is wrong. I saw dr Lazaro

My mom just had another Dr. Appointment today with this center and the PA ( crystal Taylor) basically told my mom since she gave them a bad review from the last time she was seen there that she can go find another pain management because they had to pay a fine for the bad review my mom left.. unbelievable.. in Cryatal own words, " this is what happens when you give us a bad review "... How awful is this place and the people that work there.. what kind of woman tells her patient that. Its sickening. Please dont go here, unless you want people to treat you bad and unfair. I dont recommend this placed or even seeing Crystal at all.. she not a great person.

Warning to all disabled protected seniors with service animals. Las Vegas spine and pain center does not allow service animals. The receptionist was very unprofessional, asking a Illegal question what kind of service dog, and i pray no other disabled person has to experience the discrimination that Las Vegas Spine and pain center did to me and my service dog Hope who has been with me since I was in a wheelchair, had 5. transplants, and my current lung cancer

As soon as you walk in, they didn’t greet me. The energy is terrible. My mother-in-law had a stroke and when they question her. I could tell that they didn’t believe her when she told them she’s in pain and she’s having issues with activity. The dr changed all her medication which could be dangerous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The worst part is I wasn’t looking for a bad experience as a helper to my mother-in-law, but it was hard not to notice all the discrepancies in that facility and how they operate. I wish I got the only two ladies names that were pleasant. Other than that it doesn’t have a safe and secure or even caring vibe!!!
