Las Vegas Radiology

I originally had my appointment scheduled for the Smoke Ranch Road location. They had called me about a week later stating that they didn’t have anyone that could do my ultrasound on the specific date and rescheduled me to the Cheyenne location, which wasn’t an issue, I asked for their earliest appointment and they stated at 7:30am. One day prior to my appointment, I received a voicemail stating I needed to confirm my appointment; however, the day prior I had already received my confirmation text for 7:30 and filled out my paperwork through the online portal. So I called them back and stated I have an appointment tomorrow at 7:30 and just want to make sure that it’s confirmed because I had filled out the information the day prior. My Dr. already sent his referral to LVR in January, I called quite a few times in March, April May and June, every time I was told that I was too early to schedule my appointment for the beginning of August and I was advised to call at the end of July as my follow-up appointment with my Dr. is 8/16. I called today and I was told that they DO NOT have any time available before August 16!!!! What a horrible provider which doesn't care patient! I was so frustrated because I have to call my Dr.'s office to see if I can reschedule the follow-up appointment. The staff who answered my call even didn't apologize, she only told me that their Dr. only comes in every Friday and Saturday. Las Vegas Radiology is NOT a choice for people who have medical needs!!!!!

I was sent from the other office to get a pre surgical EKG here, and they had already sent all my information over, and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! Efficient ladies!! Thank you for making this so easy for me!

so went for an echo and the team at the location was very nice and took me in right away however I was initially told insurance would cover it and when I questioned this, I was told no cost to me, turns out it was lie, I asked about and the said they know who told me this and I should contact my insurance provider, a complete lie and a bait and switch. I should have known to trust them and this is truly said part of medical care in the Las Vegas area unscrupulous providers and poorly trained staff.

Absolutely one of the most difficult appointments ever! 1st, we arrived for my wife's scheduled appointment, after a 1hr 15 min drive, to be told the tech didn't feel well and would not be in that day. This is after 3 texts requesting confirmation the day before. They did not notify us about their need to cancel the appointment. Today, no request for confirmation of rescheduled appointment so, I called repeatedly for nearly an hour before a text came to confirm the appointment. Then, another text from another number confirmed it as well....problem, 2 different appointment times! 10:40am and 4:00pm. Again, can not reach them by phone for the correct appointment time!😡
