I always have the most negative experience every time I come get my meds. They are never ready, even after getting a text message stating my prescription was ready. Then it wasn’t correct and the lady argued with me about what I was supposed to pick up when I literally get the same thing. The owner is really nice but most of his employees that I’ve dealt with were rude always addressing me by my first name instead of paying me the respect as a business customer and it’s very unprofessional. I only go here because this is the pharmacy that my attorney sends me to for my case. No matter how nice and polite I am , it’s always the same treatment and I always have to wait. I think it’s personal

This independent pharmacy treats you like family. When my insurance denied coverage for a medication, the pharmacist spent 45 minutes finding an alternative that worked just as well. They even deliver to elderly customers for free. Their compounding service made a special cream for my eczema that actually works - no prescription needed.

Las Vegas Pharmacy is excellent in helping clients with their prescription needs. It has always been a pleasure working with their team as they exhibit top notch customer service and communication skills. I know they will keep our team in the loop when prescriptions are ordered to ensure we have proper documentation for claims, so nothing is missed, while expediting care. Extremely happy with LVP! Doug went above and beyond to get us the prescription that we needed. Very quick to respond to questions. We needed a couple adjustments made, and he very quickly made them, even after we paid. I've worked with a few pharmacies over the years, and this was by far the best one. Highly recommend!!

Horrible and inhuman. Those are the best words to describe the people who works there. My husband positive covid and he is so weak, and i beg them to help him to send the medicine but this person said to me that they sort of staffs, and something burn around them, and this person laughed and said he has a bad day too. How DARE YOU compare your situation with my situation that i am about to lose my husband’s life! Get help, seriously, get help!
