I have been suffering from knee pain for about a month. I couldn't get in to see orthopedics so I thought I'd go the pain management route, at least until my appt for the real Dr is scheduled. I went for pain and left worse off than when I arrived. I have to wait for prior Auth for Injections, which i understand. However, no one looked at my knee, didn't ask my pain level, said take ibuprofen. I'm in pain and if they think I haven't tried all the over the counter pain meds, we'll that need to think again. They prescribe celecoxib (celebrex). This is what it says about mixing celebrex with my prescribed Ropinirole: Combining celecoxib and ropinirole is a highly clinically significant interaction that should be avoided unless a doctor determines the risk outweighs the benefit. I call to tell
**REGARDING: Feedback on My Recent Visit and contact later with billing department regarding my concerns with a recent visit. THE PRIOR CONCERN: (Modified on Google review to keep concise and highlight the main focal concerns) I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to your facility, as I believe in the power of constructive feedback for improvement. Initially, I left feeling a bit disappointed due to an interaction with a staff member whose courtesy and professionalism didn't meet my expectations. Though I had spoken with a manager regarding my concerns, she was not initially present during my initial interaction with that staff, which led me to feel a coworker-to-coworker vibe that concerned me about potential biases in addressing the issue, though that staff was professio
I've been a patient at this clinic for about 5 years now. When I first started coming, they took me on as a new patient who moved from Texas, which as you know, it's not an easy task for a pain management clinic to take on a new patient who came from out of state. They welcomed me with open arms, when others required referrals from in state doctors. The scheduling of appointments and procedures is super easy, and it's rare that they cannot accommodate you. You may have a bit of a wait but I feel that's common with every doctors office I go to, especially specialists. It's also nice to have everything at one location (clinic, procedures, PT and radiology) I enjoy my appointments with Ruby and checking out with Christina couldn't be easier (she's a gem).
Zero stars should be an option. If you have nothing to do for 3 hours, you're totally fine but if you actually have a life and need to get things done go somewhere else. They dont listen to their patients, they don't answer their phones EVER, they are rude and no welcoming, the office is DISGUSTING. The bathroom never has paper towels or soap. Do I need to go on? I went there for several years and dreaded it every month. Finally I put my foot down and decided to find some place else. Honestly I think any place would be better than here
BE AWARE that this establishment prioritize financial gain over patient well-being. The environment trashy, and the front staff is incompetent, and rude. Around Christmas time, this poor little elderly lady with a broken leg was told " you can't be seen unless you pay on your account"!! The lady said, she had to pay someone to bring her there. The money hungry office worker said, "pay or leave". So, I provided a modest sum of money, specifically $20, to ensure that the individual could receive necessary medical attention and avoid further discomfort. The office accepted the payment, and subsequently, the elderly lady received the required care. It is disheartening to note that this company, despite its substantial financial success, initially denied a suffering patient care over such a
