I had a really great experience here today. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. They knew what needed to be done but wasn’t pushy at all! Unlike most places they tended towards my needs and I really do appreciate that. But I will be back for further work for sure.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere for dental and ortho work. I used to go to Siena Dental on St. Rose & Eastern, but my insurance recently changed and they are now out of network. If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly suggest Siena Dental. In short, do not trust the office staff to keep you updated on a single thing. The office manager, Lauren, tells you she'll follow up with you and do what she can, but she won't. She told me several times she would follow up and give me a call and resolve the situation, and it took her A WHOLE MONTH to process a refund, and the entire nightmare from start to finish lasted 5 MONTHS.
