I wanted to thank Alex he is the best delivery man I know for always being kind and his deliveries are always on time wonderful he makes sure my insulin gets delivered and that he hands it to me personally so it won’t go bad. Always with smile 😊 very polite to me and cares about his clients he delivers to us seniors! And ask how I am doing. That’s huge to me. And John my neighbor I had him switch from CVS pharmacy and be with Las Palmas so he switched to Las Palmas pharmacy Palm Springs and loves it! He is impressed by you all n staff and also appreciates Alex that now delivers John’s meds 🙂Thank you so much Alex! I KNOW I'm going to regret writing this GLOWING review because now everybody is going to crowd up this beautiful, perfect, intimate, extremely professional and timely little gem of a pharmacy deep in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. IF you are someone who can't stand standing in lines with sick people at CVS or Rite Aid waiting to pick up prescriptions THIS is the pharmacy for you. They are fast and keep people moving through when they are busy- but even then they are still very personal and special and take time for each customer. There is RARELY anyone waiting ahead of me and they always have everything my doctor phones in and if they don't they can get it overnight. They're incredible. I can't say enough great things about this place and the lovely staff there! Thanks sweet peo

I love Las Palmas pharmacy! They are always polite, friendly and extremely fast on filling all my prescriptions. I have been going to Las Palmas for about 8 years and they have never messed an order and I can count on them to handle anything that may come up about any one of my prescriptions. I also have to mention that the pharmacy tech Allyssa is amazing!!! She has always gone out of her way to take care of my every need. She follows through with whatever the issue is and if she says she will call me back, she has always called me back. Every month when I need refills I specifically ask for Allyssa because I know everything will be perfect. For a period of time I have needed my prescriptions mailed to me and Allysa has always followed through to make sure that my prescriptions will be se

I have been having my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for years and I have yet to have a negative experience. They have a user-friendly automated refill line and if you need to speak with the staff, they answer the telephone quickly. The pharmacy staff are always friendly, respectful, and efficient.
