She was listening to her concerns, and treated her with genuine empathy. It’s reassuring to know she is in such capable and caring hands.

It is the best clinic are ever going the 3 jewel loop and respect includes you are family and they care for you so much, the daycare is amazing, and also you can play Domino bingo, you do exercise, so many things you can do,you be so happy. And the daycare you have breakfast and launch the transportation is amazing.It is great to be in the clinica LAS MERCEDES, and the services.I recommend more 5 start.

I usually do not write reviews, but this is important for all the sons and daughters out there that have a parent or grandparent going to a clinic. My mother is an independent woman, so due to her language barrier many places have taken advantage of her; I have been a witness to this on various occasions. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer right before the pandemic, she was going to Las Mercedes Medical Center already, so this will clarify that she was a patient for a little over 5yrs, until a new management and some changes were made without noticed and ample time, this center wanted her to change her forever Ins carrier or she could not continue with them. My name is Michael, the reason why I left the Mercedes clinic was because they denied me to see the doctor in a emergency I had to go to the hospital and they found an infection in my low stomach the manager from the Kendall clinic told me first come the patients with appointments I told her I have a fever she didn't care. On February 6th 2025 the manager told me that I would no longer be able to eat any longer because they are an adult Care facility. The manager and the other team workers are like a Mafia team I don't recommend no one to sign up with the Mercedes clinic they have the worst service in the Kendall area.
