I had an appointment for myself my wife and my daughter we had problems with our vehicle and we were not able to make our appointment. When I called to let them know in advance nobody picked up the office phone so I left a message, someone from the office called me back right away to berate me about what a big hole we were leaving and that we couldn't make any appointments and that we should just call daily to see if they had any openings for that day. It was completely unprofessional.

This review is specifically about the Doctor himself. He is kind, patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. After my daughter’s appointment, he took a moment to answer a separate question for me. Him taking time to do that has helped me so much and I greatly appreciate it.

I highly recommend this optometrist. He is very friendly, and personable. Really makes the eye doctor a enjoyable experience. And very affordable for anything not covered under your insurance. And just browsing his shop, he has a wide selection of stylish frames to fit your eye glasses needs.

My family has used this place for eye doctor for a years. He's very friendly easy to talk to. And work with the frame selection for your glasses are quite a few for the low grade insurance. That I have I suggest this place to anybody.

I've gone here since I was a kid, Dr. Schlauderaff has always been easy going, friendly, and nice to talk to. I've never had a bad experience. I even graduated from high school with his daughter!
