This people in this office are polite, professional and proficient. I wish everyone in the DMV knew about this Dental Office. First off the ladies at the front were very nice and welcoming. They answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. But that was just the beginning. I was there because of a bad experience in another dentist office just the week before. But this time as different. Dr Taylor took his time explaining everything to me and assuring me I was in good hands. I don’t know what they used to numb my mouth but I didn’t feel a thing and he was done before I knew what happened. But the best part was the previous dentist wanted to charge me $1200. Dr Taylor’s office got me right for a $25 copay. I couldn’t be happier and Bright Smiles is my dentist for life. Thanks Dr Taylor

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist was amazing—so thorough and attentive. She clearly explained how to floss properly and even demonstrated the technique, which no one had ever done for me before. I really appreciated the extra time and care she took to make sure I understood everything. Excellent experience overall!

Tried to schedule an appointment. Spoke with two people, one was rude and made it seem as if I was the problem because I called with different information the second time. If you work in customer service, there's no need to have a rude tone on the phone when you aren't receiving that from the customer.

Dr. Taylor and his team of assistants were extremely professional from start to finish. Dr. Taylor created a treatment plan for my teeth which gave me amazing results!! Not to mention the time and effort he put into ensuring that all dental work was done correctly and precisely. I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor for any type of dental work.
