Larchmont Pharmacy

Used to be a 5 star pharmacy however today i stood waiting for over an hour without any updates because the person behind the counter couldn't be bothered to look for my prescription that was sitting there ready the entire time. Simply because it wasn't directly on top. Also no one else attempted to help either. Finally after complaining after an hour of standing there like a jerk they magically found it. Shameful... time to switch back to cvs. I wish i could review the employee specifically because they are clearly the problem not the pharmacy. Also suddenly my past few visits my previously free scripts im now being charged for. Its not even worth arguing with whoever these new staff members are, it is not the same. These young people have no manners or work ethic just next person up le

What a lovely experience — so different from the chain pharmacies. Quick to answer phone, minimal preparation times, helpful staff. Manager went out of his way to make sure medication was delivered on time, even though it was after hours.

I’ve been a customer of Larchmont Pharmacy for years, but the service has noticeably declined. On two separate occasions, they attempted to charge me for prescriptions that were clearly covered in full by my insurance. They had my insurance information on file, and when I pointed out the coverage, they acted like they needed to “double check.” Eventually, they updated the label to $0—without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s happened multiple times to a family member as well. At this point, it feels less like a clerical error and more like a pattern. If this is the new standard, it’s deeply disappointing—especially from a local business that should value trust and transparency.

This pharmacy is very accommodating and offer service with a smile. They actually will deliver which is a gift when we are unable to make it in for a pickup!

Been there a couple of times. People were helpful and was able to find for what I was looking for. Parking is terrible.
