I have been going here on and off( mostly due to insurance) for years. I usually see Dr Fengel who is welcoming and patient. He does answer your questions and concerns while taking his time. Most of the ladies in front a friendly and helpful also. They have evening hours which are very convenient.

I found this provider by logging into my United Health account. It was the first provider that popped up on the list. I called to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered the phone told me that I had to call my insurance company first and I proceeded to tell her that I was logged in to my account and they were the first provider showing on my list. She still insisted that I must call my insurance company before scheduling an appointment. Well I don't have time for that. My insurance company offers my online login access for a reason and that reason is so that I do not have to call them. I should have listened to the other reviews I've seen for this business. I didn't even make it in for an appointment! I found this business through my insurance's list of accepted doctors. I tried to schedule a routine eye exam and I ended up having to send in pictures of my insurance cards because they didn't recognize the provider. The first time I called they asked me to send in the pictures and they would call me right back. I was at work so the first email didn't go through, which I take full responsibility for, and when I called back I resent it. This second time I saw that the email reached them but no one ever tried to call me back. I have been using Larchmont/Mamaroneck Eye Care Group for years. It is in a great location with plenty of parking. The office staff is very friendly and helpful especially, Linda. Dr Fengel is professional and patient.
