Larchmont Animal Hospital

Larchmont Animal Hospital has been taking care of my dog Leopold since he came to live with us in late 2014. Leopold has always been relatively healthy, but about a year ago, he had some large cysts on his back. Dr. Odgers was kind and extremely efficient with his surgery. She removed more cysts than we could see, he healed nicely and he was very quickly back to his old self. Her reassurance and skill really helped calm my fears about him going under the knife. Since then, every visit has been very pleasant. Leopold had previously had an issue with anxiety and would need to take medication before his yearly visit to calm him down. Over time, Dr Odgers was able to reduce his anxiety about his visits without medication simply by taking a different approach. Last time, he received about 6

I had posted about a month ago after my dog chase passed away and noticed what I wrote never posted! All I can say is, WOW. Of course saying goodbye to your baby is beyond heartbreaking but being among these incredible warm heartfelt doctors just made the experience (if it’s even possible) a little bit easier. Dr. Odgers, Dr. Foley, and Shawn Cumberland as well as the other nurses/techs, Brenda at the front desk are just amazing. I truly felt the sadness and warmth from everyone. They have been incredible, caring and so knowledgeable with both my dogs. They will be a part of my family forever! Thank you so much

I love this clinic! They always get us in as soon as possible and treat my dog with such patience and kindness. They answer every question I have and truly show that they care. I highly recommend them 100%!

We came in yesterday with our sweet old man, Mister. In the end, there was nothing more we could do for him than let him go. The staff was incredibly supportive and patient with us as we came to our decision and grieved our loss. Dr. Odgers is absolutely wonderful and while the outcome is never what you want to hear as a pet owner and lover, she really did help us come to terms with the situation. You can tell that everyone in this practice has a great deal of empathy for our pets and for us as well. After poor experiences with other vets, i can confidently say that we won’t be going to anyone else for the care of our pets. I cannot say enough great things about Larchmont Animal Hospital. I always feel as if they are ALL so kind and helpful. They take the time to listen to any issues or concerns I have. They are so accommodating in every way. My dog is in very good hands.
