Lara is an amazing massage therapist, and always makes me feel welcome in her space. Every session she checks in with me about both my physical and mental well being, and tailors her massage to fit my needs. Definitely the best massage in Portland!!

Lara is a magician with her hands, energy and spirit. I've been getting massages regularly since I was a teenager thanks to my pesky scoliosis, and she's one of the best masseuse's I've seen. I started seeing Lara when I was seven months pregnant and after every session I felt amazing. Seriously some of the best massage work I've ever received. From her music, to the ambiance of both her studios, and of course her healing hands, I highly recommend Lara of ReLeaf.

I have received massage for twenty years from many providers. Lara Schneider has been an amazing resource for me. Her caring attitude paired with her empathy for clients allows my deep relaxation in sessions which provides much better experience. She listens to my needs and addresses all my issues with massage and follow up suggestions for at home care. Lara has excellent technique and a complete understanding of anatomy that gives full relief of symptoms. She is now part of my self care standard practice. Highly recommend her. The sauna available is very clean, comfortable and private.

I came to Lara relatively new to massage, after a cross-country move and long work hours had my back and shoulders tied in knots. She did a FANTASTIC job! In my 90-minute session, I was able to release the tension and get back on a better path. She also made many useful recommendations on how to ease the physical and mental stress at the root of my muscle tension. I HIGHLY recommend Lara, and will be returning again soon!

Having grown up with a mom as a massage therapist I have always had high expectations. I have had numerous massages with Lara and I can truly say that she is fantastic.
