On Jan 20, 2026 , I contacted Lanham Smiles to schedule a deep cleaning appointment. During the call, I politely asked if they could verify my insurance coverage before scheduling. Immediately, the receptionist responded with noticeable attitude and a rude tone. She asked whether I was already a patient; I stated that I was not and wished to verify my insurance. At that point, she raised her voice and demanded to know the “state” of my insurance. I told her I was not certain but could provide my member ID, as every other medical or dental office I’ve visited has always been willing to verify coverage this way. Instead of assisting, she yelled at me, stating it was not her job to check insurance, and insisted I call Delta Dental myself and then call them back. Despite her rudeness, I did ex

This Dental Office is amazing from the front desk, Crystal and the hygienist Erica and the Dr. Nguyen I give this place 💯 they make you feel comfortable coming through the door friendly service great smile I had a fear of going back to the dentist. This office made me so comfortable. I can’t wait to go back for my appointment and I never felt like this about any Dental Office just a warmth you feel is amazing. Please everybody go to Lanham Dental. Great service.

Amazing reception, excellent service from the front desk to the back office experience was Wow! It was my very first dentist visit but it was Awesome!. Lanham Smiles is definitely the place to belong where patients are treated as family. Lanham Smiles keep doing what you are doing; it is truly appreciated.

Great personal overall but the lady at the front desk goes beyond! I can tell why so many patients like he. Just the way she expresses herself such a great personality 10/10

This place and Dr. Nguyen is a scam. I'm a self paying patient and they took my money and did no proper work on my mouth. I am about to pay for the same work I got done last year all over again because the work was not done right. Yes, thousands out of pocket again. I would not go to this place if you value your money, time, and teeth. Still no call back.
