Everyone is kind and have been great with all three of my kids needing braces. They work hard to get you in if there is a problem. We drove over an hour to see Dr. Marc. He was amazing with my kiddo with anxiety taking the time to talk and explained everything before and during treatment visits.

We were never seen after waiting more than 30 minutes for my son’s first appointment. As I walked out and said to cancel my appointment and that I was going to a different orthodontist, the receptionist said “Thank you, have a great day!” Wow. Worst service I’ve ever had from a dentist office. We will never return.
