Customer service is very weak. My legal blind friend and I had an issue with returning a couple of items. My friend asked for eye drops and she was given an eye lubricant in a tube. At home my friend ripped the top of the tiny box open and realized they had not given her what she requested. She had also ordered tennis balls for a walker, and they didn’t work either. I went to return these things. I get the drops my friend actually needs, do the exchanges and leave. In the car I get to thinking the math didn’t add up on the refund. I open the bag, and the eye lubricant is still there - the young cashier didn’t give my friend the refund she had coming. The next day my friend and I went back to take the eye lubricant back. They would not give her a refund because the top was ripped. No paper

Had to transfer prescriptions there from a Walgreens pharmacy that was closing. They were awesome they called Walgreens and got my prescriptions and had my refills ready when I arrived. Nice friendly service too.

I've been through a terrible accident. This pharmacy has helped me so much. There is generally no waiting And They go out of their way to help you.. its been a rough road for me, however they have helped me 100% and they are fast. They genuinely care about their patients. I ❤ everyone there. Thanks for helping me get through this.
