In one word, Incredible!! If you've had ambulatory issues, etc, this is the place. Wonderous caring souls, who work SO very hard that I'm in AWE! From the Nurses, Techs, " WUYA", is one Queen of all Queens, along with the great activities dept, and I could go on and on. They listen, care, love, are dedicated, loyal, and I am more than blessed, grateful, and appreciative for all they've done! G-d Bless them and thank you from my entire being!!! ✨💯🫂🥰☀️🙏🏻💜💪🏻🦋🎶✨

Jamie was very professional and diligent in overseeing my mother’s care. She made sure that my mother got what she needed and was well taken cared of. Very happy also satisfied with all her support.

DO NOT LISTEN to the good reviews. They’re mostly employees or people who’ve been encouraged to leave a positive review. They’re usually accounts with no review history! Smells bad (literally smelled like cigarette smoke and urine) and the care is nonexistent. The patient I knew had seizures because they didn’t giver her medications on time. They also left her sit in feces and urine for hours. Didn’t change her before she was transferred. The transfer had to be paid out of pocket because they wouldn’t discharge her, even though she was having multiple seizures and they knew she has a hemicraniectomy. Don’t expect much.

I don’t know how anyone could give this place five stars it does not even deserve one star. My grandpa stayed here for three years. You would think because it’s in langhorne it would be a nice place but it is not. His oxygen was unplugged from the machine just laying on the floor, the way they had the machine was sloppy and in the middle of the floor so I guess a nurse tripped on it and unplugged it. They packed his stuff up in bags surrounding his bed we had to move all of the bags to get next to him. It was so disturbing. When my grandpa died last night and they didn’t call to let us know he sat there in the same position as he was when I visited two hours prior. The staff can call for everything else but they said they didn’t want to call because he was on extended hospice and it’s hosp

Not sure why my first review was removed, it’s the truth. Terrible, smelly, dirty place, they use sink water to give to their patients and only fill their cups twice a day (unless asked for more) they do not care if anyone is looking ill, as long as their labs and vitals are okay according to their cheap machines that do not work then they want to keep the patient there. My father was in there and is now in PCU after this place wanted him to stay another day and wait 24 hours for more blood work to be done. I blame this entire place staff and the nurse practitioner for all of these issues he is having now, it could have been prevented days before this happened.
