Landry Family and Orthodontic Dentistry

Receptionist and Dr. Landry were both calming presences and made me feel comfortable during the initial and end of the process, but the x-ray technician seemed very eager to be done and was obviously sick of being there. She came off as very exasperated and tired of everything, and made me feel quite uncomfortable. It also didn't help that, in the dentist office, trying to get my problems solved, she gave me a glare and said I "need to start working on fixing" my problems, as if I showed up for a social visit and WASN'T, in fact, there to do exactly that. All in all, experience was mostly positive, and entirely positive as far as the receptionist and Dr. Landry were involved, but when it was just me and the x-ray technician, the experience was overwhelmingly negative.

Extremely rude staff at the front desk and ALL of the fillings they did have fell out multiple times. They sure love to do poor work that only makes you feel and look worse than when you went in. 10/10 would find a dentist office that will FIX your teeth instead of going to this place.

Doc Cindy is absolutely the most compassionate and kind dentist you could ever meet! It’s sometimes tough to go to a dentist, usually the last item on a to do list, but to choose Landry Family Dentistry is truly the exception. She is honest and treats her patients as individuals as if YOU are the only patient. It’s vital to find the right dental provider and have an honest comfort level. I assure you with Doc Cindy and her staff, you will find just that caring comfort.

I enjoyed my first visit to this office. Although I was excited about getting started. Everyone was so professional and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you for taking me in as a new patient I look forward to getting my dental work done here it was like being with family. Thank you.
