Based on Patient Comment & Evaluation Card Scale: 1-Strongly Disagree to 5-Strongly Agree 1. (3) Admission process seemed smooth, organized and easy. Most of it was invisible. 2. (2) Course of tx. Not enough of a conversation, but given the nature of the patients, one can understand why a lot of detail was not given. Confusion and uncertainty was a regular feature though. 3. (2) Nursing. It depended on the day and the shift. Some nurses did better than others. There was a sense that some of them did not know the answers. There was even a disturbing direct difference of information, contradictory information. Frequent special modifications to dosing and scheduling of special meds I had been taking for 10 years were almost completely ignored by nursing. They rigidly stuck to their schedule

My beloved wife, Mary Anne, was at this facility, suffering severe illness, from late October to early December, 2023. My family and I felt she received excellent compassionate, professional care in often difficult situations. The staff could not have been more kind and accommodating to our very large family. I would not hesitate to bring a loved one here again.

Excellent Staff, exceptional patient care. Friendly caring staff. Best of all in my option, after dad was discharged and sent home, the staff helped me with other issues and questions about the care dad received and the continuing care he needs. Also, Princess and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU for all you did for dad and my family.

Honestly I was afraid After looking at the reviews on landmark. My mom was a patient at memorial and was sent to landmark to heal and recover for 3 months which is basically what landmark is. I was so hesitant about them sending her there considering the fact she did not get the best treatment at memorial hospital. But to my surprise my mom enjoyed her stay at landmark and the staff treated her very well and with respect, they cater to her every needs. The nursing staff was great communicating with me about her condition. My mother felt very comfortable there and they treated her so good she got way better treatment there than memorial. It was very hard because we could not visit due to COVID 19 but the staff allowed me to order her food everyday and have it delivered to her room to make

I was admitted in the hospital at landmark in January the 6th of 2023 and was dismissed April 3rd of 2023 I was on live support and them and the good Lord and my late husband kept me here. Thank y'all at LandMark Hospital. My second family I love you Velda Stone (AKA) MAMMA STONE
